The hotel had great location and staff. We would like to highlight bellman and room service. Besides, times square is 5 minutes' drive away.

Bed was huge and very comfortable, it was very clean and the location was great.
Rooms very outdated, equipment from the 80s. Bath so obsolete the door didn't even close anymore. Extra upgrade booked that you stay overnight in the upper floors because of the view, but thanks to air conditioning in the window there was no view and no light from outside

Very friendly staff!. We had a junior suite in a very quiet location. Everything available: refrigerator, coffee machine, ironing board, Hotel has the best location!! A few steps-right from the Hotel Fifth Avenue/left from the Hotel is Central Station!.

Noisy air conditioning, very dark room, old-fashioned decoration, wifi for a fee.

Delicious breakfast, everything very friendly, we had to leave earlier because of death in the family: very accommodating and courteous! we will surely come back and recommend it to others!
Rooms and bathrooms are a bit old, but clean !
